I recently lost my father in law. Jack Dawson provided a brilliant service and send off, which couldn't of been any better. The day was just perfect for him and would of certainly done my father in law proud. They were there every step of the way from start to finish providing assistance when needed and shaping the funeral to suit my father in law. Not only did they provide a great service they were caring and understanding of every need. I definately reccommend Jack Dawson - who do a fantastic job providing your every need in such a sad time.

Yesterday we said goodbye to our dad. Without the help from these people the day would not have gone so well. They did our dad proud we thank them from the bottom of our hearts for being there for us all.

I would like to express my gratitude for the wonderful way in which you cared for us through our recent bereavement. From our first phone call you showed initiative and made many suggestions for which we are most grateful. Our brother had to be brought up from Kenilworth and you managed to do this and sort out everything from the Church to publishing service sheets. I am sure that all funeral directors do similar things but Caroline was so supportive and genuinely caring. She was with us all the way and made our pain much easier to bear.
